Kale and White Bean Soup



  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning (such as Mrs. Dash)
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans vegetable broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Great Northern Beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced petite tomatoes; drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can sliced carrots; drained 
  • 1 (10 oz) bag Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens; rinsed
  • Crackers or fresh bread & butter to serve


  1. Heat olive oil in a soup pot and sauté garlic for a minute or two (be careful not to burn as garlic turns bitter if cooked too long).
  2. Stir in the vegetable seasoning, broth beans, tomatoes and carrots.
  3. Mix well then add the kale. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
