Israeli Couscous and Lima Bean Salad

 

Ingredients

2 (10 oz) boxes Israeli coucous 

2/3 cup prepared Italian dressing

1 (14.5 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Medium Green Lima Beans

6 or 7 teardrop or cherry tomatoes; halved

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley 

1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

 

Directions

1. Prepare couscous according to box directions. 

2. Stir in salad dressing and mix thoroughly. 

3. Add lima beans and tomatoes and transfer to a serving fish. 

4. Chill for a minimum of 1 hour then sprinkle with parsley and lemon zest before serving.
