Hearty Slow Cooker Beef, Bean and Spinach Soup

 

Ingredients

2 (10. 5 oz) cans French Onion soup; divided

1 cup left-over beef steak; cubed

1 carrot; peeled and cut into small cubes

1 (27 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Spinach (do not drain)

1 (14.5 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Great Northern Beans

1 (15 oz) can petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)

smoked paprika; optional

Directions

  1. Pour one can of soup into the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Scatter steak over soup then top with carrots, spinach, beans, and tomatoes. Pour the second can of soup over the tomatoes and cook for 3 hours on the high setting or 5 hours on low.
  3. Divide between 4 warmed soup bowls and sprinkle with smokedĀ paprika if desired.
