Buffalo Tuna Dip



  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Seasoned Glory Foods Great Northern Beans
  • 2 (5 oz) cans solid tuna; drained
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese; softened
  • 1/2 cup (from a 16 oz jar) Blue Cheese salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup (from a 12 oz bottle) Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Buttery crackers and vegetable sticks to serve


  1. Place all ingredients in a large power blender or food processor (fitted with metal blade).
  2. Process until just combined, stopping to scrape down sides a couple of times. Chill for 30 minutes  (or up to 3 hours) before serving.



Yield: 2 cups of dip
