Fresh - Greens and Seasoned Tomatoes


Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

16 oz. bag Glory Foods®"Fresh" Greens
1/4 tsp. Thyme leaves, dried
1 14 oz. can Tomatoes, seasoned and diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Place Glory Foods® "Fresh" Greens in a large pan and add enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain off half the water and add thyme and seasoned tomatoes.
Continue to cook until Glory Foods® "Fresh" Greens are tender.
This dish is great served with Glory Foods® Corn Muffins and Glory Foods® Hot Sauce.
