Kale & Banana Smoothie with Almond Milk
Serves: 1 smoothie
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 cup (from a 10 oz. bag) packed Glory Foods Power Essence Kale & Shredded Brussels Sprouts
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana; chunked
- 1/2 ripe avocado; diced
- 2 tbs. honey (or to taste)
- Place all ingredients (in the order given) in a blender and process until smooth.
