Turkey 'N' Greens Burgers

  • 1 (27 oz.) can Glory Foods Seasoned Kale Greens; drained and excess liquid pressed out
  • 1 (20 oz.) package ground turkey
  • 1 (4 oz.) package feta cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbs. fine bread crumbs


  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Pan fry turkey patties until juices run clear. Serve on fresh buns with your favorite burger toppings.
