Tomatoes, Okra & Corn over Grits

Servings: 4



  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 4 cups yellow corn grits
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Glory Foods Simply Seasoned Tomatoes, Okra & Corn


Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a small skillet, remove from heat and stir in garlic; set aside.
  2. Prepare grits according to box directions, remove from heat and stir in garlic butter. Transfer to a heated serving platter.
  3. Heat Glory Foods Simply Seasoned Tomatoes, Okra & Corn and spoon over grits; serve immediately.
