1 lb. Chicken wings, tips removed (about 10 to 12 pieces)
1 cup Flour, all purpose
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tsp. Seasoning salt
6-8 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 cup Glory Foods® Spicy Vidalia® Hot Sauce
10 to 12 ea. Celery sticks
1/2 cup Blue cheese or ranch dressing
Heat oil in a deep sauce pan or Dutch oven until it measures 350 degrees with a thermometer.
Mix the flour, cornstarch and seasoning salt in a bowl.
Add the chicken wings to flour mixture and toss until they are well coated. Lightly tap the wings on the side of the bowl to remove excess flour.
Carefully drop the wings into oil a few at time.
Deep-fry wings until they are very brown, crisp and floating at the surface.
Remove wings from the oil and briefly drain.
Place wings in a bowl with hot sauce and toss until coated.
Serve with celery sticks and your favorite dressing.
