Red Beans & Rice with Turkey Sausage

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Glory Foods Seasoned New Orleans Style Red Beans
  • 1/4 lb. turkey sausage, sliced 1/4" thick
  • 2 cups rice, cooked


Directions:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add smoked sausage slices and saute briefly on each side until browned.
  2. Stir in the Glory Foods Seasoned New Orleans Style Red Beans and heat until sausage and beans are hot.
  3. Serve in a bowl over hot, white rice.
