Seasoned Red Beans and Rice Burritos

Servings: 4

  • 1 (15 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Red Beans and Rice
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 4 (6”) flour burrito tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 (6”) flour burrito tortillas
  • Dairy sour cream for serving; optional
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving; optional


  1. Heat red beans and rice in a small saucepan; stir in hot sauce.
  2. Lay heated tortillas on a work surface and spread evenly with red beans and rice.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce; roll up burrito style.
  4. Top burritos with a dollop of sour cream and serve with a lime wedge, if desired.
