Pesto Egg Salad Sandwich Spread

Servings: 6-8



  • 1 (10 oz.) bag Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 6 hard cooked eggs; peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 2 tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
  • sliced bread for serving


Directions:

  1. Place Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens in a power blender with 1 teaspoon water and blend until chopped.
  2. Transfer blended greens to a mixing bowl along with chopped eggs, pesto, mayo and seasoning. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Prep time: 15 minutes
