Mixed Greens & Brown Rice Soup

Servings: 4



  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Glory Foods Simply Seasoned Mixed Greens
  • 2 cup cooked brown rice
  • ground black pepper, to taste


Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat add olive oil, onions and red pepper cook about 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
