Kale & Pear Smoothie with Cashew Milk

Servings: 1 smoothie



  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup (from a 10 oz bag) packed Glory Foods Power Essence Kale & Shredded Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 (ripe) pear; peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 (mini) cucumber; peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbs. honey (or to taste)


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients (in the order given) in a blender and process until smooth.
