Kale & Banana Smoothie with Almond Milk

Servings: 1 smoothie



  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup (from a 10 oz. bag) packed Glory Foods Power Essence Kale & Shredded Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana; chunked
  • 1/2 ripe avocado; diced
  • 2 tbs. honey (or to taste)


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients (in the order given) in a blender and process until smooth.
