Seasoned Cooking Base - Quick Chicken and Noodles
Serves: 5
Ingredients:
3 cups Water
4 tsp. Glory Foods® Chicken Seasoned Cooking Base
2 cups Egg noodles, wide, uncooked
1 stalk Celery, diced 1/4"
1 ea. Carrot, medium size, split and sliced 1/8" thick
2 cups Chicken, cooked and diced (or 2 raw boneless breasts (about 1 1b. cut 3/4 ")
Directions
Mix water, Glory Foods® Chicken Seasoned Cooking Base, carrots and celery in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Stir in egg noodles and cook, stirring occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
Stir in chicken and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated through. *For raw breasts, simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
