Mixed Greens & Brown Rice Soup
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 (15 oz.) can Glory Foods Simply Seasoned Mixed Greens
- 2 cup cooked brown rice
- ground black pepper, to taste
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat add olive oil, onions and red pepper cook about 3 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
