Kale & Pear Smoothie with Cashew Milk
Serves: 1 smoothie
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 cup (from a 10 oz bag) packed Glory Foods Power Essence Kale & Shredded Brussels Sprouts
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 (ripe) pear; peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 (mini) cucumber; peeled and cubed
- 2 tbs. honey (or to taste)
- Place all ingredients (in the order given) in a blender and process until smooth.
