Pesto Egg Salad Sandwich Spread
- 1 (10 oz.) bag Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens
- 1 tsp. water
- 6 hard cooked eggs; peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 2 tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
- sliced bread for serving
- Place Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens in a power blender with 1 teaspoon water and blend until chopped.
- Transfer blended greens to a mixing bowl along with chopped eggs, pesto, mayo and seasoning. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill time: 30 minutes
