Turkey 'N' Greens Burgers
- 1 (27 oz.) can Glory Foods Seasoned Kale Greens; drained and excess liquid pressed out
- 1 (20 oz.) package ground turkey
- 1 (4 oz.) package feta cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbs. fine bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Form into patties.
- Pan fry turkey patties until juices run clear. Serve on fresh buns with your favorite burger toppings.
