Moist when you bake it, Glory Foods® Cornbread Mix is made with white cornmeal, and is excellent with greens and vegetables or as a start to your favorite recipe.
Chili Cheese Cornbread
- Heat oven to 400. Grease 9-inch square pan.
- Prepare the cornbread according to the directions on the box.
- Add cornmeal mixture, sour cream, cheese, corn and chilies. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Do not over bake. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
