Sweet Potato Pudding For Mother’s Day

Surprise Mom this Mother's Day with this simple, delicious pudding. An easy recipe and a fabulous dessert or side to serve at any time.Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
Filling:1 29-oz. can Glory Foods Sweet Potatoes, drained and mashed1 cup sugar2 eggs, beaten1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted1 pinch nutmegTopping:1 cup brown sugar1/3 cup flour1 cup pecans, chopped1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix filling ingredients and pour into a greased 8" x 8"x 2" glass casserole dish.
- Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over filling.
- Bake on a cookie sheet pan in the middle of the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
