We recently asked our readers to send us their own Glory-inspired recipes, for our Soulful Lunches Recipe Contest. We are honored to share the third of the four winning entries with you.Step away from the potato chips, and reach for the kale!  Yes, that's right; just say no to the calories and fat in potato chips, and bake your own tasty snacks at home, guilt-free.Jamie Stolarz' Kale Chips recipe won the second-place prize in our contest, using our Fresh Kale Greens to make light crisp flavorful veggie chips. She recommends serving them as a side dish, as a chip substitute, or in a sandwich. 16 oz bag Glory Foods Fresh Kale Greens 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 teaspoon sea salt, coarse1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Divide bag of Glory Foods Fresh Kale Greens evenly among two large baking dishes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle sea salt, and grind pepper over kale. Toss to mix.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
