Blackeye Peas and Mango Salsa For Memorial Day

Whether you're planning to host a barbeque or head to the beach for the day, our Blackeye Peas and Mango Salsa is a terrific complement to grilled fish, chicken, and meats.Have a safe and happy Memorial Day!Serves: 4-6 cups
Ingredients
2 15.5 oz. cans Glory Foods Blackeye Peas, drained and rinsed3 tomatoes, diced 1/4"2 mangos, diced 1/4"3 green onions, sliced 1/4"1/2 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup white vinegar1 lime, juiced2 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon garlic powderSalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. For best results, refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with grilled fish, chicken and meats.
