Fresh - Garlic Greens
Serves: 4-6
16 oz. bag Glory Foods® "Fresh" Greens
4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. (2 or 3 lg. cloves) Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Glory Foods® Hot Sauce, to taste
- Place Glory Foods® "Fresh" Greens in a large pan and add enough water to cover.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer until tender.
- Drain off all of the water and reserve the hot greens.
- In a large skillet, slowly cook garlic in the vegetable oil until garlic begins to brown.
- Add the drained Glory Foods® "Fresh" Greens, season with salt and pepper, then add a few dashes of Glory Foods® Hot Sauce.
