Sensibly Seasoned - Hearty Vegetable Soup
Serves: 15
Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients
4 cups Beef broth, low sodium
2 cups Redskin potatoes, diced 1/2" (about 6 to 8 small potatoes)
2 15.25 oz. cans Glory Foods® Sensibly Seasoned String Beans
2 15 oz. cans Glory Foods® Sensibly Seasoned Red beans
2 15.25 oz. cans Glory Foods® Sensibly Seasoned Tomatoes, Okra & Corn

Directions
  1. Place potatoes and broth into a six-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until potatoes are almost tender.
  2. Open canned vegetables and beans and add to the potatoes and broth.
  3. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Serve immediately.
