Sweet Potato Pudding
Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
Filling
1 29 oz. can Glory Foods® Sweet Potatoes, drained and mashed
1 cup Sugar
2 ea. Eggs, beaten
1/2 stick Butter or margarine, melted
1 pinch Nutmeg

Topping
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1/2 stick Butter or margarine, melted
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix filling ingredients and pour into a greased 8" x 8"x 2" glass casserole dish.
  3. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over filling.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet pan in the middle of the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
