Seasoned Cooking Base - Chicken and Herb Roasted Potatoes
Serves: 6
Serving Size: 1/3 cup
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. bag Potatoes, yellow, baby gourmet OR           5 ea. med. Potatoes, yellow, diced 1"
1 1/2 cups Water
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/8 tsp. Rosemary, cracked (or chopped whole rosemary), dried
1/8 tsp. Thyme leaves, dried
1 tsp. Glory Foods® Chicken Seasoned Cooking Base 
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except the potatoes in a skillet.
  2. Simmer gently for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Place potatoes in a single layer in glass baking dish without a cover, preferably a 13" x 9" x 2" casserole dish.
  4. Pour herb mixture over the potatoes. Place the casserole into a 350-degree oven.
  5. Every 20 minutes, remove pan from the oven and gently stir to baste potatoes.
  6. Bake until done, about 45 to 55 minutes.
