Sensibly Seasoned - Red Beans and Rice with Turkey Sausage
Serves: 2
Serving Size: 1 cup rice, 1 cup beans, 2 oz. sausage
Ingredients
1 15 oz. can Glory Foods® Sensibly Seasoned Red Beans
1/4 lb. Turkey sausage, low sodium, sliced 1/4" thick
2 cups rice, cooked

Directions
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add smoked sausage slices and saute briefly on each side until browned.
  2. Stir in the red beans and heat until sausage and beans are bubbling hot.
  3. Serve in a bowl over hot, white rice.
