Seasoned Cooking Base - Oriental Chicken Broth with Asian Noodles
Serves: 5
Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients
4 cups Water
1 Tbsp. Glory Foods® Chicken Seasoned Cooking Base
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, peeled and minced or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. Fresh garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 
1 cup White mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Green onions, sliced 1/4"
3 oz. Udon noodles* (linguine may be substituted)
1 cup Chicken, cooked and diced

*May be purchased in the Asian section of most grocery stores.
Directions
  1. Mix water, Glory Foods® Chicken Seasoned Cooking Base, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a saucepan. Heat to a boil.
  2. Stir in mushrooms and green onions. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in noodles. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
  4. Stir in cooked chicken and heat.
