Hot Wings Sauce
Ingredients
2 lb. Chicken Wings, cooked
2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. Flour
12 oz.

3 oz. Tomato juice

Directions
Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over a low flame.
Stir in flour with a wire whisk until flour is absorbed by the melted butter.
Slowly whisk in

until free of lumps.
Add tomato juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. It's then ready to serve with prepared wings.
