Directions: |

Place the oil in a 2 quart saucepan. Add the onions, red and green peppers and ham to the |
|
saucepan. |

Turn on the heat to medium and saute the vegetables & ham for about 3 minutes. Add a little |
|
of the chicken stock and cook until the vegetables are softened. |

Add the black pepper. |
| 4. |
Add the beans and the remaining chicken broth to the pan. Heat until the soup is simmering. |

Simmer the soup for 15 minutes. |

Serve immediately. | |
