Collard and Sausage Soup

  Serves 10-12

1         27oz. Can
1         Tbl.
1         Cup
2         Cloves
2         ea.
2         Cup
1/2      lbs.

Glory Foods® Seasoned Collard Greens
Olive Oil
Yellow Onion, diced 1/4"
Garlic, minced
Potatoes, peeled and diced 1/2"
Chicken Stock
Italian Sausage, cooked, sliced 1/4"

Directions:

Place the olive oil in a sauce pan over a low flame.
2.




Add the onions and garlic, and cover.  Cook until translucent and stir occasionally, be sure not to allow the onions and garlic to burn.
3.




Add the potatoes and the remaining ingredients.  Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
4.




Serve hot..
