Sweet Potato Pie

Yield: 1-9" Pie

1         15 oz. Can
3         Tbl.
2         ea.
1         Cup
1         tsp.
1         tsp.
1         ea.

Glory Foods® Sweet Potato Casserole
Butter, Melted
Eggs, Whole Large
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Vanilla Extract
Cornstarch
Pie Shell, Raw, Frozen (9" deep dish)

Directions:

1.




Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, set rack in center of the oven and place a cookie sheet on that rack.
2.




Combine all the liquids in a large mixing bowl.
3.




Blend the cornstarch and mix.
4.




Add the Glory Foods®Sweet Potato Casserole and mix thoroughly until smooth.
5.




Pour mixture into the prepared pie shell. 
6.




Place filled pie shell in oven on the cookie sheet.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
7.




Reduce heat in oven to 300 degrees and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
8.




Test the filling.  The filling is cooked when the tip of a knife inserted in the center is clean when removed.  Bake until filling is set.
9.




Carefully remove the pie from the oven.  Allow to cool.
