Baked Bratwurst with Savory Sauerkraut

  Servings: 10 Servings






10  ea. Bratwurst,  3 1/2 - 4 oz. each 
  2 Tbl. Canola oil 
  2 14.5 oz. Cans Glory Foods® Savory Sauerkraut 
  1  Cup  Chicken broth or water





Directions:
1.  Pour Sauerkraut into a 9" x 13",  3 quart capacity casserole dish. Arrange evenly over the bottom of the casserole. 
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet and add the oil. Immediately add the bratwurst. Brown the bratwurst thoroughly and arrange in the casserole dish.
3.  Pour the chicken broth or water in the casserole and cover tightly with aluminum foil. 
4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 60 minutes. The internal temperature of the bratwurst should be a minimum of 165°F. 
5.  Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
