Directions: |

Pour Sauerkraut into a 9" x 13", 3 quart capacity casserole dish. Arrange evenly over the bottom of the casserole. |

Heat a large non-stick skillet and add the oil. Immediately add the bratwurst. Brown the bratwurst thoroughly and arrange in the casserole dish. |

Pour the chicken broth or water in the casserole and cover tightly with aluminum foil. |

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 60 minutes. The internal temperature of the bratwurst should be a minimum of 165°F. |

Remove from the oven and serve immediately. |
