Glorious Cocktail Sauce

Serves 8-10

1         lbs.
1/4      Cup
1         tsp.
2         qt.
1         Cup
2         Tbl.
1         Tbl.
1/2      ea.

Shrimp, peeled, de-veined, tails on
Pickling Spice
Salt
Water
Ketchup
Glory Foods® Hot Sauce
Horseradish
Lemon, juice of

Directions:

 1.          In a medium sized pot, combine the water, pickling spice, and salt. Bring
              to a rapid boil.
2.           Place the shrimp in the seasoned boiling water and return to a boil and  check
              shrimp for doneness. Once shrimp are cooked immediately drain them and
              cool in cold running water or bowl of ice water to prevent overcooking.  When
              cool, refrigerate until needed.
3.           To prepare the cocktail sauce combine the remaining ingredients and mix
               thoroughly.  Refrigerate until needed and serve with the shrimp.
