Bacon, dice, 1/2 " White Onion, dice 1/4" Glory Foods® Collard Greens, drain, reserve the liquid Water Heavy Cream Flour Water, cold Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Cook the bacon half way in a deep medium size sauce pot. Add the onions and cook until they are soft. 2. Add the reserved liquid from the Glory Foods® Collard Greens, to the bacon and onions. 3. Add the three cups of water bring to a boil. 4. Add the heavy cream and return to a boil for 10 minutes. 5. Combine the flour and the 1/2 cup of cold water, mix thoroughly and whisk into the pot and bring back to a simmer, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. 7. Add the Glory Foods® Collard Greens, season with salt and pepper and serve.
