Preheat the oven to 400° F. |
|
|
|
|
| 2. |
Spray a 8"x 8"x 2" glass casserole dish with food release spray. |
|
| 3. |
In a large mixing bowl add and blend well the sugar, flour, cream ham and seasoning. |

Add the cabbage and blend well coating the leaves. |
|
|
| 5. |
Place the mixture in the prepared casserole dish and cover with foil. |
|
| 6. |
Press cabbage mixture through the foil and pack it. |
|
|
| 7. |
Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake covered 35-40 minutes. |
| 8. |
Remove the foil cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. |
|
|
| 9. |
Remove from oven and serve. |
