Fresh - Scalloped Cabbage with Ham
Serves: 5 (1 Cup)  
1 Tbl. Sugar
2 Tbl. All purpose flour
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Ham, diced, 1/4"
  To Taste Salt and Black Pepper
1 1 lb. Bag Glory Foods® Cabbage
Yield:  5 Cups
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
2. Spray a  8"x 8"x 2" glass casserole dish with food release spray.
3. In a large mixing bowl add and blend well the sugar, flour, cream ham and seasoning.
4. Add the cabbage and blend well coating the leaves. 
5. Place the mixture in the prepared casserole dish and cover with foil.
6. Press cabbage mixture through the foil and pack it. 
7. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake covered 35-40 minutes.
8. Remove the foil cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and serve.
