Glory Foods® Blackeye Peas, drain and rinse
Tomatoes, dice, 1/4"
Mangoes, dice, 1/4"
Green Onions, slice, 1/4"
Vegetable Oil
White Vinegar
Lime, juice of
Ground Cumin
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

1.             Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2.             For best results, refrigerate for four hours.
3.             Serve with grilled, fish, chicken and meats.
