Oven Directions: |

Toss the pineapple and glaze in a 9"x13"x2" baking dish. |

Bake at 350° for 75 to 90 minutes stirring every 20 minutes. The finished pineapple should be glazed and light golden brown in color. |

Remove from the oven and serve. |

Microwave Directions: |

Toss the pineapple and glaze in a 2 1/2 quart microwave safe dish. Cover with a lid. |

Microwave covered on high for 14 minutes. Remove the lid. |

Microwave uncovered on high for an additional 12-14 minutes. The finished pineapple should be glazed and very slightly golden brown in color. |

Remove from the microwave oven and serve. |

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. |

Microwaves vary widely. The cooking times noted are for a 1000 watt microwave. The finished pineapple should be soft and well coated with a sticky golden colored glaze when they are done cooking. |
