Directions: |

| 1. |
Place the olive oil, onions and bell peppers in a 10-12" saute pan. |
| 2. |
Saute, stirring occasionally, until the onions and peppers are softened and starting to brown. |

Place the garlic in the pan and saute briefly. Add the curry powder and red pepper flakes to the pan. |

Place the kale, sweet potatoes, vinegar and lemon juice in the pan. |

Heat stirring gently until the kale and sweet potatoes are heated through and the liquid is bubbling

Serve immediately. |
