Seasoned Cooking Base - Quick Chicken and Noodles
Serves 5 (1 Cup Servings)
Serving Size:    1 Cup
            
3        Cup        Water
4        tsp.         Glory Foods® Seasoned Cooking Base, Chicken
2        Cup        Egg noodles, wide, uncooked
1        Stalk       Celery, diced 1/4"
1        Med.       Carrot, split and sliced 1/8" thick
2        Cup        Chicken, cooked, diced (Or, 2 raw boneless breasts*** about 1 lb., cut 3/4 ")
           
           Directions:
1.        Mix water, cooking base, carrots and celery in a saucepan. Heat to boiling.   
2.        Stir in egg noodles and cook stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes or until noodles are cooked.   
3         Stir in chicken. Return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat until the chicken is heated through. *** (For raw breasts, simmer for 8 to 10 minutes)
