| Savory Accents Cooking Glaze - Honey Roasted Baby Carrots |

Serving Size: 1/2 Cup
1 lbs. Peeled and ready to use baby carrots
1/4 Cup Glory Foods® Savory Accents Honey Cooking Glaze
Directions:
1. Mix the baby carrots and honey roast in a 2 quart microwave safe dish. Cover with a lid.
2. Microwave covered on high for 6 minutes. Remove from the microwave, and remove the lid. Mix the carrots until they are evenly coated.
3 Return to the microwave uncovered. Microwave for 6 additional minutes.
4. Remove form the microwave and mix until the thickened glaze evenly coats the carrots.
Important preparation note.
Microwaves vary widely. The cooking times noted are for a 1000 watt microwave. The finished baby carrots should be soft and well coated with a sticky caramel colored glaze when they are done cooking. |
