Directions: |

Heat a 12" nonstick skillet until hot. Add the oil and immediately add the beef strips. Saute stirring frequently until the beef strips are browned.

Stir in the onions and mushrooms. Reduce heat to medium high and cook stirring frequently until they are softened and starting to brown.

Dissolve the Glory Foods® Seasoned Cooking Base (Beef) in 1-1/4 Cups of water. Stir into skillet along with white vinegar. Bring to a boil.

Mix the cornstarch with the remaining 1/4 cup of water until it is lump free. Stir the mixture into the boiling beef and mushrooms. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
