Seasoned Cooking Base - Chicken and Herb Roasted Potatoes
Serves 6 (1/3 Cup Servings) 
        
1         1 1/2  lbs.  Bag    Potatoes, yellow, Baby Gourmet
                                                   OR
5          med.         Potatoes, yellow, cut in 1 inch dice
1 1/2   Cup           Water
2          Tbl.        Butter
1/8       tsp.           Rosemary, cracked (Or, chopped whole rosemary), dried
1/8       tsp.           Thyme leaves, dried
1          tsp.          Glory Foods® Seasoned Cooking Base, Chicken
1          tsp.            Garlic, minced
        
         Directions:
1.         Combine all ingredients except the potatoes in a skillet.   
2.         Simmer gently for about 5-6 minutes.   
3.         Place potatoes in a single layer in glass baking dish without a cover , 13 x 9 x 2 casserole.   
4.         Pour herb mixture over the potatoes. Place the casserole into a 350°F oven.   
5.         Every 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and gently stir to baste potatoes.   
6.         Bake until done, about 45 -55 minutes.
