Seasoned Cooking Base - Lemon Herb Marinade
Serves 4 (Marinade for 4  6-8 oz. Boneless Breasts)
            
2        Tbl.        Glory Foods® Seasoned Cooking Base, Chicken
5        Tbl.        Lemon juice
1/8     tsp.           Cracked rosemary or chopped whole rosemary leaves.
       
           Directions:
1.        Mix the chicken base, lemon juice and rosemary in a glass or stainless steel bowl until the chicken base is partially dissolved.    
2.        Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade until they are well coated.    
3.        Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.    
4.        Turn the chicken pieces a few times while they marinate.   
5.        Marinate the chicken for a minimum of  3 and a maximum of 8 hours before cooking.    
6.        Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill or pan fry.
