Seasoned Cooking Base - Oriental Chicken Broth with Asian Noodles

Glory Foods® Seasoned Cooking Base, Chicken

Tbl. Soy sauce

Oriental sesame oil

Tbl. Fresh ginger, peeled, minced (or, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger)

tsp.
Fresh garlic, minced (or, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)
1 Cup
White mushrooms, sliced thin
1/4 Cup Green onions, sliced 1/4"
3
oz.
Udon noodles** (Linguine may be substituted)
1 Cup
Chicken, cooked, diced





Directions:

1. Mix the water, Glory Foods® Seasoned Cooking Base (chicken), soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a saucepan. Heat to a boil.
2. Stir in the mushrooms and green onions. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
3.
Stir in the noodles. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
4.
Stir in the cooked chicken and heat.
