Red Beans and Sausage Soup

Serves 10  ( 1 cup Servings)



1 tsp. Canola oil
1/2 Cup White onion, diced, 1/4"
1/4  Cup Red bell pepper, diced,  1/4 "
1/4  Cup Green bell pepper, diced, 1/4"
1 1/2 Cup Cooked smoked sausage or Andouille sausage, diced 1/4"
1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
4 Cup Chicken broth 
2 15 oz. Cans Glory Foods® New Orleans Style Red Beans




Directions:



1. Place the  oil, onions,red and green pepper and sausage in a 2 qt. saucepan. 
2.  Saute on medium heat with a 1/4 cup of the chicken broth and cook until vegetables are tender. 
3.  Add the black pepper and stir into the vegetables.
4.  Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.  
5. Serve Immediately.
