| Red Beans and Sausage Soup |

Directions: |

| 1. |
Place the oil, onions,red and green pepper and sausage in a 2 qt. saucepan. |
| 2. |
Saute on medium heat with a 1/4 cup of the chicken broth and cook until vegetables are tender. |

Add the black pepper and stir into the vegetables. |
| 4. |
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. |
